THE PROCESS

You may already know that you are looking for the bespoke design service OR if you would prefer to customise a design that you have spotted in PaperSkeleton’s collection. If not, and you are really unsure where to begin then I would be delighted to discuss this further with you and help you figure out what is best suited for you and your budget.

If you are based in or near Aberdeen lets meet up for a chat.  I can show you some of my existing designs within my portfolio from both the bespoke designs and customisable designs. In the meeting we will discuss your style/personal touches/colours/finishing touches and of course the wedding day itself.

Not in the area? Don’t worry I have a simple questionnaire that I can send across for you to fill in, (should only take 5-10 minutes) and from here lets arrange a call. Also happy to work over email if this is easier for you, and can send photos/mocks ups etc by email and post.

Once you have made the decision and you now know which service you would like to go for, we can now begin creating your dream stationery together.

BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE

If you have decided to go for the bespoke design service, we will arrange an initial consultation at a location and time that suits your schedule. In this initial meeting we will discuss all of your wishes for the stationery. Exactly what you need from save the dates to invitations and on the day stationery. We will also chat about you and your partner, what you plan for your wedding day, what makes you different, what styling you plan to go for, what your Pinterest board look like (if you have one). It is important for me to get to know you both as much as I can to ensure that the stationery is truly unique to you both and reflects you as a couple and what is to come on your wedding day.

From this meeting, I will pull together a mood board and proposal of design and a quote. This will be sent to you initially by email, if at this stage you are happy to continue, a 50% deposit will be taken at this stage, which will secure the prices mentioned in the quote. The total balance will be taken upon delivery of the final stationery.

After the deposit has been taken we will continue to work together to develop the design.

CUSTOMISABLE COLLECTIONS

If you have looked through the designs available in PaperSkeleton’s growing collection and would really like to personalise one of these for your own wedding then I would advise ordering a sample of your preferred collection so you can see the quality and finishing touches up close for yourself to make sure you are completely happy before making your decision.  (Please note that if you do decide to proceed with an order of the collection, you will get the cost of the sample refunded from your total order).

If you have received the sample and are happy with how this looks, we can then begin personalising this to suit you and your day. We can alter the colours and text, if you have any further requests on customisation, please just ask to see if this is possible. Full payment will be required at this stage.

Proofs will be sent to you via email, for you to view and once you are happy with this we can then proceed to printing and hand finishing. From the point of sign off these will take 10-14 working days for completion.

DELIVERY

Once all payments have cleared, delivery will then be made.

If you require delivery at the venue and set up of any on the day stationery please let me know as soon as possible to check availability. An additional charge will be added to your final balance.
